NLR Consulting, LLC led by Dr. Nichelle Rivers, has over twenty years of experience working in the field of antiracism, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI). NLR Consulting can assist your organization in managing DEI and antiracist programs and services, assist in laying the foundation to infuse DEI knowledge and best practices across the organization, design staff development tailored to the myriad levels of where people find themselves on this journey to truly understanding antiracist ideologies, practices and behaviors through a DEI lens. NLR Consulting provides coaching to leaders that will assist them in incorporating DEI initiatives that will enhance the workplace environment. Moreover, NLR Consulting believes in and celebrates multiple approaches and points of view, therefore we are able to work with teams long term- if necessary, to build a culture where difference is valued, build team capacity and create an environment that’s the right fit for everyone.  

 

NLR Consulting will collaborate with organizations to develop your DEI mission, vision and strategies that will align with the organizations strategic framework or plan. Additionally, NLR can partner with organizations to conduct an Equity Audit of all departments that will allow the organization to recognize opportunity gaps-discrepancies in funding and access to services and programs. Lastly, NLR Consulting can support partners in establishing affinity groups across your organization to assist in creating a safe space for employees to discuss aspects of their identity and backgrounds with other employees free of judgment.
